We're letting you in on the Butcher's Cut, also called the hanging tender or hanger steak. Trimmed and ready to grill, these steaks are full of beefy flavor. The Butcher's Cut is an excellent steak at a price your wallet will love any night of the week, perfect on its own or sliced for fajitas, steak sandwiches and other delicious recipes! We recommend cutting against the grain for maximum tenderness.

Pickup only at Rube's Steakhouse in Montour. Pickup hours Friday 4-7pm, Saturday 9am-Noon. Please indicate your pickup day and time in the notes section at checkout. Also include the color, make and model of your vehicle. When you arrive at Rube's, please call us at 641-492-6222. We will bring your order curbside.

Rube's Philosophy: Every Rube's steak begins with 100% black Angus beef raised on small family farms within 250 miles of our steakhouse in Montour, Iowa. Cattle graze on rich grassy pastures and their diet finishes with Iowa-grown corn, resulting in meat that is famous for its marbling, flavor and tenderness. That flavor and tenderness is enhanced as the beef wet ages for at least 28 days.Then each steak is hand cut and vacuum sealed for freshness. Your steak is frozen to lock in freshness.
